Jordan Hutchins is the owner of Redbud and Spruce Construction. He has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond.  His work experience includes site planning, construction, and real estate sales & development.  When he's not building homes or managing properties, Jordan is hanging out with his wife & three kids, golfing, working outside, or fishing.

Carey Hutchins is a designer and project manager at Redbud and Spruce Construction.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech. Her background in urban planning influences her passion for revitalizing Richmond's neighborhoods one property at a time.  In her free time, she enjoys driving her kids around, traveling, decorating, reading, and fishing.
